Market Cap, New Positions

Two new features on the custom search page.

• Get results based on the market cap of the company.  For example, if you're interested in people associated with smaller companies, you can select nano, micro and small to zero in.  We've included six tiers: mega, large, mid, small, micro and nano.
• Get results based on new positions.  For a given timeframe (e.g. May 2008), you can find out which people appeared for the first time at different companies than they've been reporting in the past.
